At The3djunkbox, we want everything to be perfect. If your 3D-printed accessory isn’t exactly what you hoped for, we’re here to help you get the right loot. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 calender days of delivery.
Item Condition
To be eligible, your items must be in the same condition you received them—unused, unpainted, and in their original packaging. Please ensure all parts and components are included to facilitate a smooth process.
Shipping & Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item back to you!
Custom Items & Houston Locals
Please note that custom-commissioned 3D prints are final sale and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged. For our fellow Houston, TX gamers: we offer local drop-off/pickup options for exchanges to save you on shipping!
